See-through clear vinyl dotted with iridescent glitter stars throughout. This is so beautiful! The stars change colors in the light. This vinyl is 12 gauge, as described below -- It sews perfectly with a teflon foot and chrome microtex needle. Great for crafts, sewing, jewelry making, and more.

You may return unopened fabric, kits & notions within 30 days of purchase. Please keep in mind for Cash/Credit Card/PayPal refunds there is a 20% restocking fee.
**All returns must be unopened, in original condition/packaging and free of any odor/smoke smell. Items that do not meet the aforementioned criteria will not be exchanged, replaced or refunded. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.
