Joy in the Seam sells physical products (including fabric and notions) and digital products (including patterns and downloads).

Fabric is cut to order and subject to our Return & Refund Policy

Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations (color, scale, texture) may occur due to screen differences or manufacturing batches

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to use the payment method submitted
• Prices, availability, and promotions may change without notice

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or inventory.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees. Joy in the Seam is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed off to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Digital Products & Licensing

When you purchase a digital product:

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use
• You may not redistribute, resell, share, or upload the file in any form
• Finished physical items made from our patterns may be sold in small quantities, unless otherwise stated, but the pattern itself may never be shared

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.
