Do you offer custom kits or bundles?
At this time, we do not provide custom kits or personalized bundles. We encourage you to explore the coordinating fabrics listed at the bottom of each collection page to curate your own selection. Additionally, we recommend reviewing manufacturer lookbooks and catalogs for inspiration

Will you cut 1/4 yard for me?
We do not regularly offer 1/4 yard cuts. For smaller quantities, please explore our curated fabric bundles. For opportunities to purchase smaller cuts, please subscribe to our email list; we offer special events a few times a year where these smaller cuts are available for a limited time

How can I contact you?
Please contact us exclusively via email (joyintheseam@gmail.com) for all shop questions. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a response to direct messages or comments on social media, as they are often missed
I missed something! What's the best way to add on to my order?
There are a couple options! You can reach out directly via email and let us know your order number and exactly the amount and items you'd like to add to your existing order. Or you can place an additional order and we will refund the shipping. Please reach out ASAP with either option as we like to process and ship all orders within 48 hours.

Shipping & Tracking Questions
If your tracking information indicates the package is in transit, please contact USPS directly, as they possess the most up-to-date information. Once a package leaves our shop, we have the same tracking visibility as the customer. In the rare event that a package is marked as lost by the carrier, please contact us; our packages are insured, and we will assist you in navigating the claim process.
